We accept returns and offer refunds when formulas are improperly filled, not received, or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for orders that are due to user error during the ordering process. Should a legitimate refund be required, Urban Herbs will refund the amount of the ordered product and shipping costs to the purchaser's credit card within thirty days of the purchase date.
