Urban Herbs ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority, USPS First Class, and UPS Standard 2-day.  Please note that your order will take 1-3 days to ship after being prepared.  Costs are based on the service chosen and the weight of the package.  USPS Service is determined based on the size and weight of the package.  A small handling fee is displayed during the order to ensure that your products are shipped securely and accurately.  We value your business and will be sure to compile, pack, and ship your order within 48 hours Monday-Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be addressed on Monday.  Upon ordering, you may choose to have us ship directly to the practitioner or the patient.  If you have additional questions, please contact us.  Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delayed, destroyed or returned.
